Lifting Bag.jpg

Universal hardware integration

Wireless sensors plug into your existing recovery lifting bags, transforming manual equipment into a smart and connected system. Gain live visibility over every lift and keep the whole operation in sync from start to finish.

End-to-end evidence record

Every step, every load and every decision is captured and reconciled into one timestamped report. Give maintenance, regulators and insurers a complete account of exactly how the aircraft was recovered.

Jetbird_Reporting Module.jpg

RecoveryOS workflow engine

Boost team capability and run recoveries with a single system, from simulations to real events. Built-in center-of-gravity and load calculations guide your team to a plan customized to your fleet, inventory and the scenario at hand.

Benefits

1

Shorten aircraft-on-ground time

Remove the guesswork around undetected secondary damage. Capture every load applied during the lift so that maintenance teams have complete evidence for airworthiness review and a confident return to service.

2

Reclaim runway capacity

Clear disabled aircraft fast and run the whole recovery from survey to reporting in one system modeled on the ICAO Doc 9137 Part 5 guidelines. Delays, diversions and cancellations stay contained instead of cascading across your network.

3

Activate runway readiness

Turn static compliance into live capability. Run digital tabletop exercises, validate roles and generate ready-to-activate recovery plans for every scenario, meeting EASA ADR.OPS.B.011 requirements. Be ready before an aircraft disables a runway.
